Technical Sales & Projects Engineers

We are looking for Technical Sales & Projects Engineers to be based from our Lowestoft and Ipswich offices.
You will be responsible for supporting our Branch Management teams with planning and achieving the next stage of our development strategy, generating new and further developing existing business as our technical sales presence.

Responsibilities include:
* Actively involved in the process of new and existing business development to maximise sales for both installation of new products, services and maintenance agreements.
* Establish, build and manage customer relationships including system design and selection of appropriate equipment suitable for their needs.
* Fully manage the engineering and organisation for jobs and projects from enquiry to completion.
* Liaise with our engineers, sub-contractors and colleagues to ensure projects are carried out in an efficient and effective manner.
* Ensure quality assurance, profitability and customer satisfaction through ongoing monitoring and final inspection of projects and jobs and provide feedback.

Skills required
* Have a flexible and self motivated approach.
* Proven sales and project management experience.
* Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and forge strong business levels is key as this is a customer focused role.
* Excellent technical skills to deal with the complex technical nature of the work.
* Good IT skills (Mac and PC) such as Word and Excel.
* A good knowledge of Health & Safety regarding the risks and hazards associated within the construction industry.
* Strong time management skills to ensure workload is prioritised – ability to multi-task is essential
* Full clean UK Driving Licence.

Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineers – Grade 1, Norfolk and Suffolk

Due to continued growth we are currently looking to recruit grade one Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineers to work in the Norfolk and Suffolk areas.
Based as part of our service centre teams, serving a wide range of clients in the commercial and light industrial sectors performing planned and reactive service works and repair on small to medium Air Conditioning and Refrigeration equipment. Other duties will include diagnosing AC and Refrigeration units' problems, finding faults and monitoring operation of units at desired temperature etc.

You will need to hold a City & Guilds 2079 Category One, F-Gas Refrigerant Handlers Certificate and relevant RAC NVQ 3 qualification or equivalents alongside a proven track record.

Your skills may be in service and maintenance, project engineering and installation or in all of these areas, either way we would like to hear from you.

• Experience working on air-conditioning, comfort cooling, refrigeration cabinets, cold rooms.
• NVQ Level 3 or City and Guilds equivalent in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning

• F-gas Refrigerant handlers Certificate
