“P&R looked after our HVAC needs at one of our sites and recently installed new systems for us at another. Their work is good, and we have always found them to be straightforward and ethical. Richard is both proactive and professional and I’d recommend you reaching out to him when the time is right.”

” The engineer was super efficient. The unit is working so much better now after the service.”

“Thank you so very much for all the work you’ve put into this, I very much appreciate it. Your honesty and integrity about value-added is brilliant. But the effort you’ve put in has already added value.”

“Your people were brilliant, very professional, personable and thorough. Thank you again for a splendid service experience.”

“Pitkin & Ruddock have been our installer and maintenance provider since being a sub-contractor on a large project in 2017. They really are a 5 star contractor – highly recommend!”

“Please tell Matthew, that if the Air Con works as well as the way the unit has been installed – we much appreciated his advice – we shall be well pleased.”

“…we have now had Pitkin & Ruddock on site on behalf of our main MEP contractor and I can say I am very pleased with what I have seen so far. The engineers attending were very knowledgeable, but also extremely helpful and took the time to run me through the issues, possible solutions and answered all my question. Please do pass on my feedback to the team, and looking forward to working with P&R, be that directly or via our contractors.”

“I just wanted to say thanks for another great install. Julian and the various other guys that helped were brilliant and they really are a credit to Pitkin. It wasn’t the easiest of installations, but they overcame the issues presented to them in a professional manner.”

“I don’t normally write like this but I have to say that Duncan did an absolutely marvellous job, above and beyond what I expected. Thanks for sending him. The machine is great.”

“I don’t normally give testimonials, but in this instance I feel compelled to do so….I hate having people in my home who I don’t know, but from my initial contact with Mathew Smith, the Branch Manager, everything went smoothly. Mathew explained the differences and cost carefully between each heat pump unit, and the best ways of having each installed. All Engineers and Electricians who came to my home were respectful and left everything clean and tidy… I am delighted to recommend Pitkin & Ruddock to anyone and have already done so privately. Loving my air con!”

“Thank you – Very happy…the engineers on site were very professional and friendly, and the words of our lead engineer are…a first class job!”

“Your guys were brilliant, such good service. Please thank them again from us.”

“What a refreshing change to deal with a company that is so efficient with their outstanding service. When I rang, you came out within an hour which was amazing and measured up my office. The A/C unit was fitted within a week of me ordering it.”

“Please tell Matthew, that if the Air Con works as well as the way the unit has been installed (we much appreciated his advice) we shall be well pleased.”

“Just a quick note to say thanks for the support today. Lee and his colleague did a fantastic job looking after us as always.”

“It was great working with you guys. Your number is on the front of the control box, so if we have any issues you will be the first to know.”

“…the engineer that came into Kentford today to do the services is an absolute diamond. Whenever he’s here he is so accommodating and organised. He works around the office targeting problem rooms, such as boardrooms, when they are free. And fits the others in and around those.”

“We are not the easiest site to undertake work for due to the very sensitive nature of our service. However Charlie conducted himself perfectly within our environment, ensuring that there was absolutely no disturbances to our activities. He was extremely amenable and a pleasure to work with. I look forward to working with him again in the future.”
