Jasper’s Journey
Starting as an Apprentice
Jasper joined our team at just 17 years old as an engineering apprentice, marking the beginning of a career built on commitment, hard work and a genuine passion for learning. From day one, Jasper showed enthusiasm for developing his skills and despite some early challenges, demonstrated the determination to make the most of every opportunity available to him.
As part of his apprenticeship, Jasper successfully completed the Level 2 Engineering Operative course at West Suffolk College combining practical hands‑on experience with valuable technical knowledge. Throughout his training, he consistently demonstrated a strong work ethic and a keen attention to detail, earning the respect of both colleagues and mentors alike.
Jasper’s dedication was recognised at the highest level when he was awarded a Distinction grade by the Institute for Apprenticeships & Technical Education, the best possible outcome for the qualification. This achievement reflects not only his technical capability but also his commitment to personal development and excellence within his role.
Jasper’s journey is a great example of how an apprenticeship can provide a strong foundation for a successful career. His progress highlights the value of learning on the job, gaining nationally recognised qualifications and being supported by experienced professionals along the way.
We are extremely proud of everything Jasper has achieved so far and look forward to supporting the next steps in his career with us. His story demonstrates the opportunities available through our apprenticeship pathways and the rewarding careers they can lead to.

Kasia’s Journey
Technical Sales & Project Engineer
Kasia’s career path reflects a strong commitment to sustainable engineering and continuous professional development. She began her journey by completing a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Engineering Design and Appropriate Technology, building a solid technical foundation with a focus on practical real world solutions.
Following her studies, Kasia developed her career within the renewable energy sector where she gained valuable experience in project management. In this role she worked across a range of projects, strengthening her skills in planning, coordination, stakeholder engagement and delivery while deepening her understanding of low carbon technologies.
As her career progressed, Kasia expanded her expertise by training as an energy assessor for both new-build and existing domestic properties. This step allowed her to gain hands-on insight into building performance, energy efficiency and regulatory requirements, reinforcing her interest in the wider built environment and its role in reducing carbon emissions.
Kasia is now progressing her career within the HVAC industry as a Technical Sales & Project Engineer, where she combines her engineering background, renewable energy experience and passion for sustainability. As part of an under represented group within the engineering sector, Kasia is proud to contribute to a more diverse and inclusive profession while continuing to develop her technical and commercial expertise and support the delivery of innovative energy efficient solutions.
Mark’s journey
Apprentice to Sales & Marketing Director
Mark’s career journey is a strong example of how long term commitment, continuous development and a willingness to embrace new challenges can lead to a successful and varied career within our business.
Mark joined the company over 20 years ago as an apprentice, gaining hands on experience and building a solid technical foundation at the very start of his career. From the outset, he showed a strong work ethic and a desire to learn, which has remained a defining feature throughout his progression.
As his experience grew, Mark moved into a Team Leader role, where he developed key leadership skills and began supporting and guiding others within the business. This role helped him gain a deeper understanding of teamwork, performance and people development. Mark then progressed into Technical Sales and Project Engineering, combining his technical knowledge with customer focused problem solving. In this role, he worked closely with customers, managed projects and delivered solutions that balanced technical requirements with commercial objectives.
Continuing his development, Mark became a Branch Manager, taking responsibility for branch operations, team leadership, customer relationships and overall performance. This position gave him valuable commercial and managerial experience and further broadened his understanding of the business.
Today, Mark is our Sales and Marketing Director, where he leads sales and marketing strategy across the organisation. His wide ranging experience across multiple roles enables him to bring a practical, well rounded perspective to leadership and decision making. Mark’s career path highlights the opportunities available to those who join the business early in their careers. Starting as an apprentice, he has grown alongside the company, demonstrating how commitment, skill development and ambition can lead to long term success and senior leadership roles.
