At Pitkin & Ruddock, we are committed to creating a workplace where everyone feels supported and equipped to thrive, both professionally and personally.
This committment includes working to understand the physical and emotional needs of all our team members. Which is one of the reasons we’ve introduced the Mental Health Toolkit, from Mind.
In December 2024 we welcomed Jon Neal from Suffolk Mind into Pitkin & Ruddock. Jon delivered the first Mental Health Toolkit session to our team, an extremely valuable workshop focussed on understanding our physical and emotional needs. The session helped us to recognise the importance of balance and self-care in maintaining our overall wellbeing. And there will be further team sessions throughout January 2025
The Mental Health Toolkit, provides access to courses designed around helping people meet their needs and giving them the tools to support those around them.
The courses deliver easily digestible skills to support us in our professional environments, and can also be adopted to our personal lives, as well as being used to support our loved ones.
