I just wanted to take a moment to share some feedback about the team who have been installing our new air conditioning…this week. All four gentlemen have been absolutely fantastic and are a real credit to your company. They’ve been polite, friendly, and professional throughout – and even had a great sense of humour (though perhaps don’t tell them we noticed that part!).

Our office is an extremely busy environment with members of the public coming in and out all day, many of whom are vulnerable. Despite this, the team have been nothing but respectful and considerate, and they’ve managed to complete the work with next to no disruption. Considering the scale of the installation, that’s a huge achievement and something we’re really grateful for. Please do pass on our thanks and appreciation to the team – it’s been a real pleasure having them on site.
