We had the pleasure of meeting one of you’re engineers, myself and my wife were having trouble changing our car spare wheel over due to our age and mobility, You’re engineer Ricky was filling up with fuel and noticed I was struggling to operate the jack correctly and safely and took it upon himself to come over and ask if we needed any assistance, to which i kindly said that would be a huge help as we were on route to a very important hospital appointment, Ricky managed to change our flat tyre over to our spare wheel he then made sure everything was loaded back into our car and identified that we had a nail in the tyre. This kindness not only meant a lot to me and my wife but we were able to attend our appointment on time. It was a real pleasure meeting one of your engineers and I can say he was so polite and helpful throughout. A great asset to your company.
